This is usually because, either:
1. The card you have entered has expired - please choose a different card
2. The card details are incorrect - please check the card details again
3. There isn’t enough money in the account - please put some money in your account or contact us for a pro-forma invoice
4. The transaction has been flagged as an unusual activity - please contact your bank to release the ‘flag’
