How can I auto-exclude applicants who live too far away or from overseas?

You can auto-reject applicants who live too far away using our distance auto-reject feature.

This is a free of charge option which can be managed from your employer portal

  1. Click on the relevant advert
  2. Click on the 'Manage Advert' tab
  3. Then click on the 'Advert Options' tab
  4. Scroll down to the 'Exclude Applicants living too far away'

Here you will be able to set the desired catchment area.

We can't always auto-reject applicants based on distance. If the applicant hasn't put an address (which often happens with overseas applicants) we can't calculate their distance from your job and therefore won't auto-reject them.

In the same tab, you can chose to exclude applicants with phone numbers from outside the EU.
