You can auto-reject applicants who live too far away using our distance auto-reject feature.
This is a free of charge option which can be managed from your employer portal
- Click on the relevant advert
- Click on the 'Manage Advert' tab
- Then click on the 'Advert Options' tab
- Scroll down to the 'Exclude Applicants living too far away'
Here you will be able to set the desired catchment area.
We can't always auto-reject applicants based on distance. If the applicant hasn't put an address (which often happens with overseas applicants) we can't calculate their distance from your job and therefore won't auto-reject them.
In the same tab, you can chose to exclude applicants with phone numbers from outside the EU.
