How do I send applicants an unsuccessful email

Learn how we help you send 'unsuccessful' emails

We can take care of this for you in two ways:

1. If you select ‘Thumbs Down’ we will send the applicant an unsuccessful email;

2. If you archive an advert you have the option of sending all applicants an unsuccessful email (unless you have not already indicated as [Intervew] or [Hired])

(Note: we don’t send the unsuccessful email until 2 days after the applicant has applied, just in case you change your mind and so the applicant doesn’t think you’ve rushed a decision).
