I'm not getting emails about new applicants. What should I do?

There are three likely reasons you may not be getting emails about new applicants:

  1. You may not subscribed to receive emails.
  2. The emails have gone into your spam. (Because there are so many email providers we unfortunately can't advise on how to add @recruitmentgenius.com to your 'safe senders' list. However Google may be a good resource).
  3. Or the daily alerts may have been turned off for the role. If you think that this is the case it is worth checking the Team Responsible for managing this advert tab as this will tell you if the alerts have been turned off.
