What are auto-excluded applicants?

Because it can become frustrating receiving too many inappropriate applicants we can auto-exclude them automatically for you in three ways:

  1. Applicants who live too far away
  2. Applicants who have a non-European telephone number
  3. Applicants who have not given the desired answer to a Shortlist+ question

We also send a "thank you" email to applicants explaining they have not been successful. But because we keep your details confidential, if you change your mind, applicants may still welcome a conversation later.

These tools are included free of charge so you can spend more time concentrating on relevant applicants.
