How to message applicants

Learn how to message an applicant from your employer portal

Congratulations on finding a suitable applicant! Why not send them a message asking for more information or inviting them to a telephone interview.

You can do this easily by selecting the 'Messages' tab which can be found towards the top of the page.

Here you will be able to compose an email to the applicant. You can even include a document if needed - for example a full job description or an additional application form. We even auto-populate a greeting and a signature for you which gives your name, company name and your job title (if we have this on record). But you can edit this if needed by changing the text.

The applicants will be able to reply to you in the same way that you would normally reply to an email and their responses will show here in an email chain.
